Have Your Say on BC’s 2019 Top Boating Destination
Boating BC has begun the process of establishing British Columbia’s top boating destination for 2019… and we need your input!
Boaters have an opportunity to contribute to a top ten list that will subsequently be put to a public vote to determine the ultimate winner. The deadline for input is end of day Tuesday, June 18th.
Last year, we had a fantastic response to this initiative and beautiful Shuswap Lake was named BC’s top boating destination. We also heard from some boaters and communities who suggested a particular lake or waterway in their region should have been included on our top ten list, and were not.
To ensure there is an opportunity for as much input into the process as possible we are inviting boaters and community, tourism and recreational organizations and to spread the word and help us create the best top-10 list possible for 2019!
To make a submission, simply add your favourite boating destination in the comments below, on Facebook or Instagram @boatingbc.
The top ten list will be published later this month and will be open to the public to vote for this year’s winner.
