Ever wonder how and where wooden boats are built? Builders from throughout the lower mainland join the festival to provide workshops and showcase demo’s on the craft of wooden boat building. Whether it's the Paddle build challenge or canoe building demo or the Children’s Boat Building Adventure Festival, try your hand at a build.

Back by popular demand is the ‘I built it myself’ area featuring individuals who have built their boats in garages and backyards. Come and ask your questions.
