Responsibilities:

•    We are looking for an experienced operator to run one of our 5 Shearwater Water Taxis

•    This position requires someone who is customer service and safety oriented, who can help load freight and give customers a safe and      pleasant experience

Requirements:

•    Must have 60 Ton Passenger Endorsement including all certifications that go with it

•    All tickets must be up to date

•    Physically fit to load bags or help passengers (50 pounds)

•    Able to put in a good day’s work

•    Smart, polite, and customer focused

•    Knowledge of the central coast is an asset

•    Owns a live-aboard boat or RV is an asset

•    Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in fast-paced environment

This is a relocation position where you will live and work in our community either seasonally or year round depending on preference.

This position is available right away. The ideal candidate is someone who is seeking an opportunity in a semi-remote location on the beautiful Central Coast of BC. Preference will be given to applicants looking for a long term lifestyle change, although seasonal may also be offered.
