    We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, organized and efficient Shipwright who is able to multi-task and thrive in a busy environment.

    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    Under minimal supervision, the Shipwright works on many of the vessels we repair and maintain. The Shipwright adheres to boatyard safety standards and will perform the necessary preparations and tasks required to complete every job to a high level of quality standards.

    DESCRIPTION OF competencies with in your specific skill set:
    • Excellent Troubleshooting skills 
    • Strong Repair capabilities
    • Comprehensive Maintenance knowledge
    • Desire to learn and improve with in the yachting industry


    COMPETENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED:

    • Detail oriented and delivers high quality results
    • Exemplary team player
    • Organized and thorough
    • Familiarity with yachts is necessary
    • Technical experience is required
    • Strong desire to learn and improve one’s knowledge in this area of expertise
