About Vision Marine Technologies

Founded in 1995 by a group of passionate naval architects and engineers, Vision Marine Technologies was set out on a mission to rethink performance and leave its counterpart in fuel boats far behind. With the determination of its team, and a devout research and development branch, our goals were reached by not only matching, but surpassing the standard gas-powered ideology found in today’s boating world.

Looking to set itself apart from the all too common burdens associated with boating, maintenance and operating costs are thus kept at a minimum. Reliability and longevity have inherently followed suit. The quality of elements used in our manufacturing process for our signature boats, the Fantail and the Bruce.

VMT has also produced the fastest electric boat in America, the Bruce 22 reaching a top speed of 65 km/h. The Fantail and the Volt 180 are the ideal candidate for a rental fleet operation, whether small or large as its high yield in potential revenues is in itself an ultimate token of value.

All of VMT boats are compliant with the CCG, USCG and are CE certified. It is no surprise Vision Marine Technologies is atop the wave of the future. Our goal is simple, to offer the most technologically efficient, comfortable and impeccable quality electric marine craft.

VMT is positioned as a leading player in the electric boat industry, offering a new boating lifestyle with technology at the forefront of its development and a reliable range of quality products. As of today, VMT manufactured and sold over 2,000 electric boats all over the world. More than 100 people are involved in the technological development, marketing, sales, construction, assembly and distribution of the 4 electric boat models. This involves personnel under direct supervision of CEBC and different suppliers also involved in construction of the vessels.
